These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of FileKit, including your account, files, purchases, subscriptions, payouts and all related services. By accessing or using FileKit, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About FileKit

FileKit is an online platform operated by Flikko Technologies, based in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, India. The platform lets creators upload, manage and sell digital files (such as documents, media and other digital content), and lets buyers discover and purchase those files. FileKit also provides analytics, storage, reporting and account management tools for both creators and buyers.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Flikko Technologies. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority, you may use FileKit only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or use.
  • You agree that all information you provide to create or update your account (including profile, payout and contact details) is accurate, complete and kept up to date.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our policies, or applicable law, or that pose a risk to other users or the platform.

3. Platform Use & Content

FileKit allows you to upload, store, organize and distribute digital content ("Files"), configure pricing and access rules, and view analytics such as sales, views and earnings.

  • Your content. You retain all ownership rights in the content you upload. By uploading Files to FileKit, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, transmit, display and otherwise use your Files solely as necessary to operate, improve and promote the platform and to provide services to you and your buyers.
  • Licenses to buyers. When a buyer purchases a paid File, you grant that buyer a license to access and use the File under the terms you specify in the File description or your own license text, provided that such terms do not conflict with these Terms or applicable law.
  • Backups. While we take reasonable measures to protect data, you are responsible for keeping independent backups of your Files and data. We do not guarantee that content will always be available or recoverable.

4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content

To keep the community safe, you agree not to use FileKit to upload, sell, distribute or promote any content that:

  • is illegal, fraudulent or misleading in any jurisdiction where it is offered;
  • infringes or violates any intellectual property, privacy or other rights of a third party;
  • contains hate speech, harassment, bullying, incitement to violence, or other abusive or harmful behavior;
  • depicts or promotes sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or other content that endangers the safety or dignity of individuals or groups;
  • contains malware, malicious code, phishing, scams or attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
  • circumvents payment, access or usage limits on the platform or for third-party services.

We may remove or restrict content, suspend access, or report issues to relevant authorities if we reasonably believe that content or behavior violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable law. Users can report Files and accounts using the in-product reporting tools, and we review those reports to protect the community.

5. Plans, Pricing & Payments

  • FileKit offers different plans (for example Free, Pro and Elite) with varying storage, feature limits, analytics and team capabilities. The current limits, platform fees and prices are described on the Pricing page and may change from time to time.
  • We may offer recurring subscriptions, add-ons and one-time purchases. By starting a subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel in accordance with the product settings.
  • Prices may be shown in different currencies. Where we support multiple currencies, conversions are based on exchange rates we obtain from third-party providers and may change without notice. Final amounts charged by your bank or card issuer may differ due to their own rates, fees and taxes.
  • You are responsible for any taxes, duties or charges imposed by taxing authorities in connection with your use of FileKit, except where we explicitly state that taxes are included.

6. Seller Earnings, Commissions & Payouts

  • For each eligible sale, we deduct a platform fee (commission) and any applicable payment processing charges. The net earnings are credited to your account balance as shown in your dashboard.
  • Platform fees, payout schedules and minimum payout thresholds are described on the Pricing or help pages and may be updated over time.
  • Payouts are made to the bank account or payout method you configure in your profile. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details and for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
  • You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on your earnings from FileKit. We may provide basic reporting tools but do not offer tax, legal or accounting advice.

7. Buyer Terms & Refunds

  • Before purchasing, you should review the File description, preview (where available), seller profile and any stated license terms.
  • Digital Files are typically delivered instantly after successful payment. Due to the nature of digital content, we generally do not offer refunds once a File has been successfully delivered or downloaded, except where required by law or explicitly stated on the product or help pages.
  • In limited cases (for example, if a file cannot be accessed or is clearly not as described), we may, at our discretion, issue a refund or credit and reverse or adjust the seller's earnings for that transaction.
  • Refund policies for subscriptions, add-ons or special offers may be described separately on the Pricing, FAQ or help pages. Those descriptions form part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Except for your own content and content from other users, all rights in and to FileKit (including the software, design, trademarks, brand, logos and underlying technology) are owned by Flikko Technologies or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease or reverse engineer any part of FileKit except as permitted by applicable law or with our prior written consent.
  • You may not use our trademarks, brand elements or name in a way that is likely to cause confusion or imply endorsement without written permission.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using FileKit, you agree to our collection, use and sharing of information as described there.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • FileKit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation ofFileKit, or that any content will be accurate, complete or reliable.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flikko Technologies and its directors, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of FileKit.
  • To the extent we are liable despite the previous paragraph, our aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to FileKit will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you have paid to us for use of the platform in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) the equivalent of 100 USD.

11. Suspension, Termination & Changes

  • You may stop using FileKit at any time. You can also request deletion of your account as described in the app or by contacting support.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access to FileKit (including removal of content) if you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, we are required to do so by law, or continued access would create risk for other users or the platform.
  • We may modify these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law, our services or business practices. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example via email, in-app notice or an updated date at the top of this page).
  • Your continued use of FileKit after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
